Such a pleasant experience. Bed was extremely comfy, room was non-smoking. The staff was courteous, welcoming, and everything was great.

The staff was outstanding, the room was fully functional, everything was nice. Particularly nice view, a nice balcony, spacious bed, too. They served fresh fruit, sausages and grits for breakfast. Service was very friendly during my stay too.

Can’t fault the property in any way.

this hotel was lovely place for exploring visalia, liked it. the buffet breakfast included fresh fruit, breads and pastries, but we didn't have time and didn't try everything.

The room was freezing, we expected better.
